Case Studies
Here are a few sites I've worked on in the last year for you to review. I'll add some case studies as soon as I can....
Pertwood Organics is an amazing organic farm in Wiltshire. They produce a fantastic range of organic breakfast cereals, including porridge and muesli.
I took the design which was created by an agency to create the site, and provide regular updates as required.
You should find they have quite a good Google search position for, among other things, organic cereal and wheat free cereal.
Save Fuel is an on-demand hydrogen generator from Oil Drum Ltd. They are also offering licensing opportunities worldwide.
I created the site and continue to update as required. I have recently started a course of search engine optimisation activities, based on targeted key phrases.
You should find they have quite a good Google search position for, among other things, save fuel and hydrogen technology.
ITILnews.com is a portal for ITIL related news and happenings. It covers everything from ITIL version 3 information, to ITIL articles and ITIL press releases, to free ITIL downloads.
I am working closely with ITIL industry professionals to build and develop the site to become the de-facto ITIL portal.
You should find they have quite a good Google search position for, among other things, ITIL news and ITIL continuous improvements.
Cargo Training provide training courses for cargo handling related industries - Dangerous Goods by Air, Dangerous Goods by Road and Dangerous Goods by Sea.
They wanted to be able to amend the courses dates, availability and scheduling from their offices in London and Houston, so I developed a nice and simple database and front end to let them achieve this, while allowing customers to book multiple staff on multiple courses, all in the one process.
You should find they have quite a good Google search position for, among other things, cargo training and radioactive materials by air.
Virginia Hayward are one of the leading hamper companies in the UK. They provide a wide range of hampers all through the year, although mainly Christmas hampers.
They approached me in 2008 to develop a new site, but it was clear they needed more time and resource than one person could provide, so I helped the company plan their web site content and structure before assisting with the tendering and selection process for the design and development of the site. This was implemented and I assisted them achieve a top 5 natural Google placement in December 2009.
You should find they have quite a good Google search position for, among other things, Christmas hamper.
